What is the shipping and transportation process for international orders?

We provide global delivery services, including sea freight, air cargo, and express services. The international order process is as follows: after confirming the order and payment, we will produce and package the products within the agreed time; provide complete customs documents, including certificate of origin, packing list, commercial invoice, etc.; select appropriate transportation methods according to your needs (FCA, FOB, CIF, DAP and other trade terms); arrange transportation and provide tracking information; assist with customs clearance matters throughout the process. Standard equipment is usually shipped within 5-10 days, while customized projects take 20-35 days.

Do you provide installation and technical support services?

Yes, we provide comprehensive installation and technical support services. For all systems, we provide detailed English installation manuals and interface diagrams; offer remote installation guidance through video; for large projects, we can dispatch engineers to the site for installation and commissioning (subject to separate agreement). In addition, we provide 7×12-hour bilingual remote technical support, including system debugging, troubleshooting, and daily operation consulting. Core equipment comes with a 1-year standard warranty, and structural components come with a 3-year warranty.
